We lived here for years and were eventually forced to leave under the excuse that the property would be renovated. In reality, they just wanted us out to avoid carrying out urgent repairs that had been neglected for two years, including unsafe issues. After we moved, nothing was renovated, and tenants moved in unaware the walls were rotten with mould. Our health was badly affected during our time there but improved once we left. They even tried to keep part of our bond over trivial matters, but thankfully the property managers intervened. These were among the worst landlords I’ve dealt with — dishonest and neglectful.
