This house was absolutely disgusting. Extensive black mould, water damage and rot were present throughout every room. The ceiling 'tiles' were literally Styrofoam, likely installed to conceal even more mould damage. The property was unsafe and completely unfit for living — it should be condemned and demolished. Absolute Real Estate Strathpine failed to take any responsibility or action to address these severe health and safety risks.
