Lived in one of the apartments in the block for several years. There was no cooling, making the property unliveable on hot days — I had to leave just to stay cool. The bathroom/laundry had no ventilation, and condensation would run down the walls. Window frames were rotten and painted over. The old 1960s wall heater was faulty and unsafe, stuck on maximum and producing a burning smell. When the property was sold, the agency used photos showing my personal items without consent, which remain online years later despite requests to remove them. Extremely poor maintenance and disregard for tenant privacy.
