Property neglected by owners despite multiple agencies managing it. Refused to replace dangerous hot water service or fix basic issues like TV antenna and flyscreens despite heavy mould. Tried to charge tenants for carpet and paint after buying sight-unseen. Rat and possum infestations were long-standing and ignored. The final agent was professional, but the owners were dismissive and unreasonable. Avoid this house—it’s unsafe, mouldy, and overrun by pests.
