Poor communication and lack of respect for privacy. Agents repeatedly entered the property without notice, which is unacceptable. A cupboard containing the vacuum cleaner was locked throughout the tenancy and never rectified despite multiple complaints. We were also not given all the keys to the property, which made living there inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, the experience with Silverback Realty was disappointing.
