The property is now leased through Novak Dee Why. Roof leaks, major mould, and even electric current running through showers and taps causing shocks. Cupboard doors falling off, kitchen shelves and sink collapsing from water damage, 90% of windows rotten and nailed or chocked shut. A one-metre hole in the lounge ceiling was covered with coreflute two years ago and still unfixed. Ceilings buckled, rats, possums, slugs and redbacks indoors. Old unsafe wiring, asbestos in the courtyard, broken oven, collapsing doors, peeling paint, socket in shower, bathroom leaks, toilets constantly breaking. Flooding in multiple rooms and garage, tiles falling off, front gate constantly breaking. The landlord refused repairs and sent unqualified friends instead. We were evicted after reporting safety issues including the electric current in the shower. They claimed the house was being sold but relisted it within weeks at 50 higher rent using photoshopped images to hide the mould. Unsafe, deceitful and uninhabitable.
