Lived here for two years. Throughout that time the house had multiple issues: doors that didn’t close properly, garage doors that never worked, overflowing gutters, a broken A/C, and a dangerously rotting back deck. Every time I reported problems, the agency said the owners refused to fix them. Turns out the owners lived next door. When I locked myself out one morning, the husband climbed through a window to let me in but took almost ten minutes to open the door—very unsettling. When I moved out, they blamed me for mould on the exterior (calling it smoke damage from candles), warped blinds, and even a buckled wall behind the toilet caused by water buildup. We went to mediation, and even the counsellor called them 'grubs'. I recovered most of my bond, losing only a few hundred dollars. Place Bulimba no longer manages this property—whoever does next, good luck. Appalling owners and an awful experience.
