Cockroach infested property. On move-in day we opened the cupboards to find an active cockroach infestation. The real estate organised a pest spray during our tenancy but it made no difference. The house is full of dodgy landlord repairs and the bathroom is falling apart. The only positive is the bus route nearby, however it is extremely noisy at night. Overall a very unpleasant place to live.
