The apartment was generally fine, but ventilation was a major issue. The old kitchen fan built into the window never worked, and the bathroom fan was too weak to clear moisture properly. We had to leave the bathroom window open to prevent damp, which was difficult because of our indoor cat. Otherwise, the property was manageable but would have benefited from some basic updates and repairs.
