This house was officially deemed uninhabitable by Council. Raw sewage leaked daily from neighbouring properties and the landlord did nothing despite being made aware. The situation was unsafe, unsanitary and unlivable. The landlords were dishonest and exploitative, making this one of the worst rental experiences possible.
