This property was eventually declared uninhabitable by the council after constant sewage leaks from both neighbouring lots. Every day raw sewage would spill across the area, creating an awful smell and making the place impossible to live in. The landlord was told about it repeatedly but did nothing to resolve it. Living there was a nightmare and felt like dealing with dishonest landlords who cared only about collecting rent, not about basic health or safety.
