Apartment was plagued with slugs and some mould issues. When these issues arose, the landlord would turn up instead of a professional, and nothing would be done. It was suggested we open the window (no security/fly screen) during the dead of winter to sort this. Landlord entered the apartment once without alerting us. Listing was inaccurate - car bay was said to be ours, instead it was a shared situation.
