A mushroom literally sprouted through the carpet and the landlord ignored messages about it. The gutters were broken so rain splashed onto the wall, and the affected room smelled strongly of mould. Dust kept falling from the ceiling in the living area, and the lease was set up oddly with only one of the three tenants allowed to sign. It was cheap and in a decent location, but maintenance and communication were non-existent.
