The property has broken asbestos, a broken shower head and a broken water switch. The agent repeatedly claims trades have been arranged but nobody ever attends, forcing breach notices to be issued. Paying 00 a week for a tiny unit without a split system while living with asbestos is unacceptable. The downstairs neighbour also harasses tenants and constantly complains, making the living situation worse.
