If I could give minus ten stars, I would. The property manager was completely unhelpful, and the house is falling apart — no insulation, no ventilation, and severe mould throughout every room, even in the carpet. We failed an inspection because of the mould that was already there. The lino in the kitchen is peeling, and we were told it was our fault. Trees in the backyard have destroyed the path and blocked the gutters. Repeated reports to both the landlord and property manager went ignored. The landlord also entered the property multiple times without notice or consent, which is illegal. Despite all this, he raised the rent from 35 to 00 per week, then turned up unannounced in a brand-new Tesla. A truly disgraceful experience — he wouldn’t last two weeks living here himself.
