This landlord repeatedly crossed boundaries and even permitted neighbours to enter our home while we were away – something we only confirmed because it was caught on CCTV. Her behaviour throughout was greedy, dishonest and completely untrustworthy. She also controls the adjoining property at 2/12 Manton Street, so the issues extend beyond just one dwelling. Strongly recommend avoiding renting from her altogether.
