This place had serious moisture issues from the start. Water was coming up through the floor, and despite raising the problem with the real estate and landlord multiple times, nothing was ever done. Instead of addressing the issue, they moved to evict us after we kept pushing for repairs.
There was persistent mould in the front bedroom that we could never fully get rid of, no matter how much we cleaned or ventilated the space. It just kept coming back.
When we first moved in, one of the windows was already broken. We flagged it straight away. But when we moved out, they tried to blame us for the damage.
One of the most concerning things was the fan switch in the bathroom. It gave off small electric shocks when used, which we also reported—but again, nothing was done. It was genuinely unsafe.
This place had health and safety issues that were either ignored or shrugged off. I wouldn’t recommend it.
