The landlord was disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the tenancy. Repairs that were under contract were delayed for years with constant excuses, only ever being addressed after threats to involve the union — and even then the jobs were done poorly. When essential appliances like the dishwasher and stove stopped working, the landlord accused us of lying, arrived unannounced, and turned the visit into an inspection without notice. During one confrontation she screamed profanities at my child until threatened with a call to the police, at which point she fled. This was an awful, unsafe rental experience and I would strongly warn others to avoid renting from this landlord.
