During inspection the house showed widespread black mould, visible water damage and an active cockroach problem. For the asking rent of six hundred dollars a week it felt unfit to lease. Several attendees left the viewing quickly. Based on what we saw, the property needs thorough remediation and pest treatment before it would be suitable for tenants.
