Pretty good apartment overall – clean, modern, and matches the listing photos. The layout is functional and the space is a good size. The only real downsides are how close the balconies are to the opposite building, which limits privacy, and the lack of ceiling fans or air conditioning, which makes summers quite uncomfortable.
