Lovely property and comfortable to live in, but anyone moving in during 2024–2025 should expect significant disruption from heritage and redevelopment works around the Brickworks precinct. Expect construction noise, dust and limited access at times. Buyers should also be aware that the site is heritage-listed and agents are not transparent about the scale, timeframe or costs involved.
