This was genuinely one of the best rental experiences I have had. The agency and landlord were fair and professional throughout the tenancy. They were always quick to respond to emails and handled any maintenance requests promptly. Communication was clear and respectful, and they never raised the rent during our time there. The house itself was in good condition and well maintained. I would happily rent through Jellis Craig Kensington again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed home.
