Roof leaks led to ongoing mould problems that were never repaired. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, also causing mould growth. The kitchen has barely a metre of bench space and just one power outlet. The lino flooring bubbles up, and the downstairs bathroom has no lighting or even wiring installed. The patio roof is full of holes, and a large, broken gas appliance blocks the walkway between the kitchen and lounge. Paint peels from the ceiling, cracks form in the walls, and the windows rattle constantly in the wind. The kitchen is cheaply made and cupboard doors often fall off.
