The owner never fixed anything properly the entire time we were there. On the rare occasions something was actually repaired, it was never with new parts or materials — he would only buy second-hand replacements, and unsurprisingly, they never lasted.
The pool was constantly broken and unusable. Even the front brick fence surrounding the pool began to crack over time and was never repaired. It was clear the owner wasn’t interested in maintaining the place properly.
We later found out the landlord owns 11 properties in total. Based on our experience, he doesn’t properly maintain any of them and refuses to invest in new or lasting fixes. The entire approach felt patchwork and careless.
